Focusing on task and outcome sharing, it enhances collaboration and collective accountability. While lines
of delegation exist for practical purposes, no one person is the sole decision maker or thwarter of
innovation. Decision making ladders involve co-design and facilitation, with feedback loops to ensure
momentum isn’t lost and work remains legally compliant and measurable. Each intelligence works
symbiotically with the rest of the network.
